Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, produce, plate, and garnish menu items following Executive Chef standards. You will set up the station and maintain sanitation, contributing to an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools and appliances.
• Must obtain licenses/certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to communicate to perform and follow requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate items per recipes and requests.
• Communicate delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read thermometer and food tickets correctly and efficiently.
• Account for all items from a station.
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines, including MSDS.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow employment policies and complete side-work and opening/closing duties.
