Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, produce, plate, and garnish all menu items to the Executive Chef's standards. You will set up the station and maintain sanitation, ensuring high-quality meals for our guests.

Open venues operate 7 days a week, typically from 11am to 1am. Schedule is variable and may range from part- to full-time based on business needs. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform and follow job requirements safely.
• Must obtain any licenses or certifications per state/local requirements.
• Must be able to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A game each day and exceed guest expectations.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare, assemble, and plate items per recipes or requests.
• Communicate delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Read thermometers and food tickets accurately.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS.
