Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong team player and good communicator.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a high-volume kitchen with health & safety standards.
• Back-of-house cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking various meals.
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Work in line cook or HOH roles in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout prep and service.
