Job summary

Red Robin is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks. If you are a strong team player, a clear communicator, and detail-oriented, you’ll thrive in a high-volume kitchen.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to maintain Food Safety standards while producing high-quality meals. You will learn Red Robin's style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a range of items from meats to vegetables.

Responsibilities

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
