Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team Player with good communication and attention to detail.
• Able to maintain health and safety standards while preparing food.
• Experience in back-of-house food prep in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin prep methods, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a range of dishes.
• Follow health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Support line cooks and HOH team as needed for meal preparation.
• Maintain quality and consistency in all menu items.
