Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Prep Cooks for full-time and part-time roles in a high-volume kitchen. You will learn Red Robin's style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a range of items from meats to vegetables with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates are strong team players, good communicators, well-organized, at least 18 years old, and capable of maintaining Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We\'re also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
