Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous; able to multitask.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food across stations per recipe and plate presentation.
• Label prep items according to shelf life.
• Complete prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow HACCP temperature procedures and temp foods.
• Use Waste Log and Cooldown Charts as applicable.
• Prepare orders to recipe specs and on time.
• Communicate ticket times and issues with teammates.
• Rotate products and stock to par.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team.
• Help the team stay caught up with dishes.
• Complete opening, shift change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties per Coach request.
