Job summary

Primanti Bros is seeking a Prep and Line Cook to join our on-site kitchen team. You will prepare dishes across multiple stations according to our recipes, manage prep lists, and assist in keeping stations stocked and clean for service.

Qualifications

• English literacy required to read and write in English.
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous; able to multitask.
• Basic math skills for prep and portioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations per recipes and specs.
• Prepares items on Prep List and labels them according to Shelf Life.
• Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Follows HACCP temperature procedures and safety policies.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintains proper rotation of products and stocks to par.
