Primanti Bros. in the United States is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to ensure every Fan receives an unforgettable meal. You will prepare dishes across multiple stations according to our recipes and specs, in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read English.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food in multiple stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad).
• Prepares items per Prep List and labels by Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Follows temperature controls and uses temperature charts.
• Maintains Waste Log and Cooldown Charts as needed.
• Prepares orders to recipe specs and in a timely manner.
• Communicates ticket times and issues with team members.
• Rotates products and maintains par levels.
• Maintains cooperative working climate with team.
• Keeps up with dishes and cleans as required.
• Completes opening, shift change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties per Coach request.
