Primanti Bros. is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to prepare dishes across multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow established recipes and prep lists, ensuring timely, quality meals while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Strong communication with teammates and guests is essential to deliver a memorable dining experience. The role requires reliability, ability to work at a fast pace, and willingness to perform opening, shift change, and closing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of dishes across stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad).
• Follows recipes and prep lists; labels items per shelf life.
• Maintains safety and sanitation; follows HACCP procedures.
• Communicates ticket times and issues to team as needed.
• Maintains proper product rotation and cleanliness; completes opening/closing checklists.
