Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking a Prep and Line Cook to prepare dishes across multiple stations, following Primanti Bros. recipes and specifications. The role emphasizes timely execution, adherence to prep lists, and consistent plate presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Good communication skills and people orientation.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad.
• Prepares all food items on Prep List and labels food per Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with the team.
• Maintains proper rotation of products and stock to par.
• Completes opening, shift change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
