Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking a Prep and Line Cook to prepare dishes across multiple stations, following Primanti Bros. recipes and specifications. The role emphasizes timely execution, adherence to prep lists, and consistent plate presentation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction, contributing to a bold brand with Pittsburgh origins. The position offers growth opportunities and a welcoming work culture.

Qualifications

Must be able to read and write English.
Good communication skills and people orientation.
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
Possesses basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares a variety of food across stations including Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad.
Prepares all food items on Prep List and labels food per Shelf Life Chart.
Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
Communicates ticket times and potential problems with the team.
Maintains proper rotation of products and stock to par.
Completes opening, shift change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
