Primanti Bros. is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to join our team in Pittsburgh. You will prepare dishes across multiple stations, follow recipes and timing, and help ensure each guest receives an unforgettable meal.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across multiple stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad).
• Prepares all items on Prep List and labels foods per Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes prep work to stock and set up stations; assists in closing and opening checks.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, HACCP procedures, and proper temperature controls.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems to team members as needed.
• Maintains rotation and par levels of inventory; supports a cooperative team environment.
