Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations following Primanti Bros recipes and plate presentation standards.
• Labels all food items according to Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes prep work to stock and set up stations as needed.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Monitors temperatures and uses Waste Log and Cooldown Charts when appropriate.
• Prepares orders accurately and in a timely manner; communicates needs to teammates.
• Rotates stock properly and maintains par levels.
• Assists team with opening, shift change, and closing duties.
