Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Good communication skills and friendly, people-oriented approach.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and courteous with ability to multitask.
• Basic math skills for portioning and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items across stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad).
• Follow prep lists and label foods according to shelf life.
• Complete prep tasks to stock and set up stations; maintain safety and sanitation.
• Adhere to HACCP and temperature control procedures; use Waste Log and Cooldown charts.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate with teammates.
