Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and varying products we carry.
• Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one.
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player.
• High school diploma; hospitality or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment as needed.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use kitchen utensils and equipment (knives, ovens, stoves, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Store food properly and follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
