The Sicilian Butcher Nashville is seeking a reliable, energetic Line Cook to join our fast-paced, hospitality-driven kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to build a strong culinary foundation.

You will work side by side with a passionate culinary team, preparing scratch-made dishes, following recipes, and upholding high standards for food safety and cleanliness. Must be 18+ and have 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred; being a team player is

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Be a multitask master in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one.
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player.
• High school diploma is a plus in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely utilize kitchen equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
