Job summary

Centro Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated line cook to join our fast-paced team across multiple locations and concepts including Centro, Bina's, Bill's Bait Shop and Hippo Pockets.

As a line cook, you will prepare dishes to spec, read tickets accurately, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver timely, quality food in a lively setting. Evening/weekend availability is required; conversational Spanish is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cooking food to order following company specs.
• Reading food tickets and noting modifications and allergens.
• Delivering food within target ticket times.
• Communicating effectively with team members to complete orders.
• Prepping ingredients as needed.
• Following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with daily temperature and line checks.
• Completing opening and closing tasks on time.
• Stocking, organizing, and cleaning food lines.
