Job summary

DIHO CONSULTING USA is seeking experienced line cooks to join its upscale Mexican restaurant concept in Coral Gables. You will support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, station setup, ticket execution, and upholding food safety standards.

Full-time opportunities offer 40 hours per week with shifts from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Wage is $18 per hour, plus a 25% employee discount in a prime dining area.

Line Cook – $18/hr

The Line Cook supports daily kitchen operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Responsible for food preparation, station setup, ticket execution, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Requires multitasking ability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
