Job summary

Sidelines Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated line cook to join our kitchen during busy service times. You will prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

You will manage your station, work with front-of-house staff, and help maintain safety and cleanliness. Evening and weekend availability is preferred, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and temperatures.
• Reliable and punctual with weekend/evening availability.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, and cook line items according to established recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station with ingredients, tools, and supplies before and during service.
• Cook and assemble food items quickly and accurately during peak hours while ensuring quality.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace adhering to health standards and end-of-shift procedures.
• Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth ticket times and guest satisfaction.
