Job summary

Choice City is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to support all kitchen activities from prep and line cooking to assembly and cleaning. The role is cross-trained in a collaborative kitchen where everyone contributes to bold flavors and locally sourced ingredients.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced environments, be willing to rotate between stations, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with attention to detail and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to rotate between stations and support the team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prep and line cooking.
• Assist with assembly and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across stations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
