True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with opportunities to work across multiple stations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
