Job summary

Landed is seeking a skilled, composed Line Cook to execute our menu with consistency and speed during service. You’ll run a station, work with the kitchen team, and help deliver a dining experience that matches our standards on every plate.

You’ll set up, stock, and break down a station; cook and plate to recipe standards; communicate with expo and sous chef; monitor quality and safety; collaborate on prep and inventory. This role is on-site in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Set up, stock, and break down an assigned station each shift.
• Cook and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure to keep pace with ticket times.
• Communicate clearly with the expo, sous chef, and fellow line cooks to keep orders accurate and on time.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Collaborate with prep cooks on daily prep lists and station needs.
• Assist with inventory checks, ordering input, or menu item testing as needed.
• Stay composed and adaptable when the kitchen gets slammed.

Responsibilities
