SuViche Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced kitchen helper to support daily prep and line duties. The role emphasizes cooking to recipe standards, maintaining sanitation, and delivering consistent quality across dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in kitchen prep, know essential equipment, and can work up to 10 hours with lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour depending on experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years kitchen prep/cook experience.
• At least 6 months in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of knives, slicer, salamander, stove, oven, mixer, fryer and woks.
• Clear communication with managers and kitchen/dining staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to 10 hours.

Mansioni

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Ensures 100% quality and adherence to standard portions and recipes.
• Keeps workstations clean and organized; restocks as needed.
• Follows plate presentation and garnishing standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
