Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment.
• NYC Food Handlers License is required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and portion food following recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and tools in good condition.
• Follow SOPs and builds sheets for assigned dishes.
• Label and date all mise en place and ensure proper storage.
• Keep dish station clean and organized; assist with deep cleaning.
• Support Hospitality and Kitchen teams as needed.
