Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and portion food toDaily Provisions standards.
• Maintain clean, organized station and proper storage of mise en place.
• Operate fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers, and rotisserie safely.
• Follow recipes, builds sheets, and timing to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support team with catering and coverage as needed.
• Uphold health standards and sanitation across the kitchen.
