Daily Provisions in New York's Rockefeller Center is seeking a Line Cook who loves food, technique, and teamwork. You’ll handle prep, cooking, and portioning, keeping equipment sharp and stations clean while following recipes and standards set by Daily Provisions culinary leaders.

Two+ years in a similar environment, NYC Food Handlers License, ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs, and English fluency are required.

• 2+ years in a Line Cook role in a similar environment.
• NYC Food Handlers License is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English fluency; other languages are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Prepare, cook, and portion food per recipes and standards.
• Maintain and properly use all kitchen equipment (fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers, rotisserie).
• Ensure prep, seasoning, and cooking meet established standards by deadline.
