Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Line Cook position
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• English fluency; additional languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food
• Maintains and properly uses all kitchen equipment
• Ensures prep duties are prepped, seasoned and cooked to standard
• Follows recipes, techniques, and builds sheets
• Properly labels and dates mise en place
• Keeps knives and tools sharp and kitchen station organized
• Maintains cleanliness and health standards in the station
• Supports team during busy periods (hospitality and kitchen)
• Complies with Department of Health standards as guide for tidy spaces
