Job summary

FirstService Residential in Naples, FL is seeking a Line Cook to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the dining program and execution of all culinary aspects for the property, including restaurant operations, catering, and special events. The Cook will maintain a clean, organized kitchen and train coworkers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant menus.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and the kitchen meets health and sanitation standards.
• Basic cooking techniques and knife handling skills.
• Participates in catering (food and beverage) for functions.
• Assist in prep and daily set up of kitchen.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and hygiene standards.
