Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Naples, FL is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, WOK, SAUTE and Grill stations.

We value teamwork, knife skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. Part-time to 40 hours per person; health care and dining discounts available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more across multiple stations.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
