Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food production or fast-paced kitchen.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent.
• Strong cooking knowledge and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with needed supplies.
• Ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation per health regulations.
• Collaborate with BOH team for smooth operations.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage.
• Cross-train across roles for growth and contribution to team.
• Help with any additional duties assigned.
