Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill, and prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables per recipes.
• Coordinate orders with kitchen to finish items simultaneously.
• Set up, maintain, and break down cooking stations.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Assist with food prep, including sandwiches, soups, salads, and dressings.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines; stand for long periods.
