Responsibilities

• Start items prepared ahead of time and avoid over preparing.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep them at proper temperatures.
• Check pars, determine prep needs and assist line setup.
• Return unused items to storage and cover/date perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, mixer and other kitchen equipment.
• Commit to regular attendance and be available to work.
