Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements.
• Set up and stock assigned workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and kitchen facilities.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, properly storing and rotating inventory using FIFO practices.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, managers, and fellow kitchen team members to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries and inventory.
• Support kitchen operations during peak meal periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and kitchen standards.
