Limelight Hotels in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a Cook II to participate in preparation, production and service under the Chef de Cuisine.

You will follow established recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure timely, high-quality dishes. Experience in guest-facing service and English proficiency preferred; Spanish a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in a resort setting with benefits.

Responsibilities
