This role requires focus, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. Ideal candidates bring prior Line Cook experience in a full-service setting, strong knife skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment, food prep, and line operations.
• Able to work multiple stations and stay organized during high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready workstation.
• Complete assigned food preparation accurately and efficiently before and during service.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, temperature, portioning, and presentation.
• Follow established recipes, cooking procedures, plating specifications, and preparation standards.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining accuracy and food quality.
• Monitor ticket flow and communicate with culinary leadership and kitchen teammates.
