Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with one year of cooking experience preferred.
• Must secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and seasoning all food in kitchen preparation.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary area in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist in food production as needed.
