Qualifications

• A genuine passion for real, good food and a willingness to learn culinary skills.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25–50 pounds.
• Team-oriented mindset and support for restaurant success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and problem solving.
• Desire for growth within DIG’s brigade.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains per recipes and taste tests.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge).
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak hours, pitch in wherever needed.
• Move and multi-task safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain food safety standards and comply with DIG policies.
