Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line).
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to enhance their experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service and pitch in as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and DIG’s anti-discrimination policies.
