Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred.
• Broiler cooking preferred.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills to follow recipes.
• Basic English to understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily preparation lists for production.
• Reads and uses math to follow recipes.
• Prepares broiled and sautéed items per standard recipes.
• Maintains storage, portion control and quality.
• Keeps logs, cooling and temperature records.
• Maintains clean and safe kitchen areas and follows health regulations.
• Assists other kitchen personnel as needed.
