Sheraton Galleria Dallas is seeking a line cook to maintain, set up, and produce high-quality meat, fish, and other menu items on the front line. The role requires following recipes, precise portion control, and ensuring safe storage and sanitation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Shifts vary due to 24/7 operations; the team collaborates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining health and safety standards and participating in team meals and benefits programs.

Competenze

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred. Broiler cooking preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards and etiquette.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards.

Mansioni

• Prepares daily preparation lists for production.
• Reads and follows recipes and uses math to ensure correct portions.
• Prepares broiled and sautéed items according to standard recipes.
• Maintains proper storage, portion control, and quality of all meat and seafood items.
• Keeps kitchen clean and in safe, health-compliant condition and logs temperatures.
