Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Full Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for food production, quality control and line setup for broiled and sautéed items, ensuring consistency with recipes and guest checks.

You should have strong kitchen knowledge, 3+ years cooking experience, and be capable of operating all provided equipment, maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years cooking experience preferred.
• Broiler cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards and guest relations.
• Basic math skills for recipes, measurements and portion sizes.
• Ability to understand product labeling for safe application of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily prep and line setup for front line station.
• Reads and follows recipes accurately and calculates portions.
• Prepares broiled and sautéed items per standard recipes for guest checks.
• Inspects and controls quality, cleanliness, and proper storage of products.
• Maintains logs, temperature controls, and safety procedures.
• Assists other kitchen personnel and adheres to company policies.
