Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking a Line Cook to support our growing group across multiple brands. This role involves cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen standards in a fast-paced environment, with direct interaction with guests as part of the Heart of House operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cooking or culinary arts is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.
• ServSafe certification or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing smoked meat, ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies.
• Operate HOH stations as directed by leadership and Pit Boss.
• Prepare items consistently to recipe specs and plan production around serving hours.
• Follow standard recipes and dietary orders; maintain sanitation and safe handling.
