Grove Bay Hospitality Group seeks a skilled Line Cook for our South Miami venue, Beauty and the Butcher. You will plan, prep, and execute menu items with accuracy, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across stations.

Qualifications include a culinary degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in a 4/5 star restaurant, and strong English communication. This role requires working 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a dynamic kitchen team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Pantry station knowledge preferred.
• Culinary college degree or equivalent training.
• 2–4 years experience as a Line cook at a 4/5 star restaurant.
• 5 years steakhouse experience preferred.
• Food handling certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Ensure completion of tasks per recipes and plating guide specifications.
• Meet with the Sous Chef to review assignments and expected business levels.
