Job summary

Grove Bay Hospitality Group in Miami Beach is seeking a motivated Line Cook to assist in all aspects of food production under Michelin-awarded chef guidance. You will support prep, plating, mise en place, and quality standards while maintaining sanitation and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have culinary training, 0–2 years experience, and a passion for high-end restaurant service; bilingual English not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Culinary College Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food handling certificate required or preferred depending on location.
• Sanitation certificate preferred to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and health compliance for all work areas.
• Prepare and plate menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Open and close workstation, set up mise en place and tools per standards.
• Inform Sous Chef of shortages and assist in ensuring timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to meet production schedules.
