Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove is seeking a line cook to join our waterfront kitchen team. You will plan, prep, set up and produce menu items with attention to quality standards and sanitation. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to maintain smooth service.

Ideal candidates will have culinary training and up to 2 years of line cook experience in a 4/5 star setting, with English communication skills and basic math ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary college degree preferred.
• Food handling certificate required; sanitation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and health standards.
• Follow recipes and yields according to standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and station setup.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and F&B staff to ensure service quality.
