HEI Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, GA, seeks a dedicated kitchen team member for The Whitley in Buckhead to maintain quality and support daily kitchen operations. The role focuses on following recipes, proper stock rotation, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Prior hotel kitchen experience is preferred. The position requires reliable attendance and teamwork to deliver excellent guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel kitchen environment experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food equipment and handle rapid tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team and servers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items ahead of time and manage preparation levels to avoid waste.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep buffet and storage areas organized.
• Check pars for shift needs and assist in inventory and stock management.
• Return unused items to proper storage and cover/date perishables.
• Assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to attendance requirements and perform other duties as needed.
