The Whitley Hotel in Buckhead is seeking a motivated kitchen teammate to prepare food to standard, assist in line setup, and support daily kitchen operations. You will work closely with servers and supervisors to ensure timely, quality meals for guests and events.

Strong dexterity, reliable communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a luxury hotel environment. Evening shifts and weekends may be required.

• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team and servers.
• Ability to grasp and lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items for service and monitor portions and prep levels.
• Keep stations clean, rotate perishables, and assist in cost control.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and adhere to safety rules.
• Attend as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.
