Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 150 pounds and lift up to 200 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for the dish or pot machine.
• Wash ware and replace in storage areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per standards.
• Operate burnishing machine to finish silverware.
• De-tarnish and polish silverware.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly.
• Maintain good attendance and reliability.
