Job summary

The Whitley Hotel in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director of Restaurant and Bar to lead Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and related outlets. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and quality service in a luxury hotel setting.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a Food and Beverage leadership role within hotels, with strong leadership, coaching, budgeting, and operational expertise. This is an on-site, full-time position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years as a Food and Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager in a hotel environment.
• Hotel/luxury experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, In Room Dining, Regency Club and Honor Bar.
• Oversee human resources across outlets: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs and health/safety regulations while optimizing service quality.
