Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines and policies.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service suites per event orders.
• Serve all hospitality suites per policies and procedures.
• Complete shift side work as required by operations.
• Respond to guest needs and report issues to supervisor.
• Handle cash following company policies.
• Maintain attendance and be able to work regular shifts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
